| Payment terms: | Payment is made upon completion of the services rendered by the contractor and their acceptance by the Customer, within 15 (fifteen) calendar days, based on the invoice issued by the Contractor and the Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
