| Payment terms: | Payment for the first year of attachment (periods: from the moment of conclusion of the contract to 01/31/2024 and from 02/01/2024 to 30.06.2024) is transferred to the Contractor's current account until January 31, 2024 after the conclusion of the contract and receipt of the UPD by the Customer (and in case of technical impossibility of registration – the invoice). In the future, payment is made after the provision of the service for the reporting period by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account within 20 (twenty), but not earlier than 15 (fifteen) calendar days after receipt of the UPD by the Customer (and in case of technical impossibility of registration – the act of delivery and acceptance of services and invoices (if VAT is provided)). The reporting period for the purposes of the Agreement is considered to be the academic semester (September-January, February-June).
Payment for services is certified by the Customer by providing the Contractor with a document confirming payment for educational services. |
