| Payment terms: | Payment for the Services rendered shall be made by the Customer on the basis of an invoice issued by the Contractor, subject to the provisions of clause 4, upon expiration of 15 (fifteen) calendar days, but no later than 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of Services (Appendix No. 3) (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), subject to the provision by the Contractor documents specified in clause 4.1.3. of the Terms of Reference of Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement.
At the discretion of the Customer, payment on the invoice may be made on the basis of a scanned copy of the invoice sent by the Contractor in compliance with the provisions of the Contract to the Customer's e-mail info@akkuyu.com . |
