| Payment terms: | Payment for Services:
- Upon the provision of services for each specific bid, after the customer has signed documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty (subject to receipt of payment documents issued in compliance with the established norms).
- When concluding an agreement with a non–SME entity - in accordance with the procedure established by paragraph a) of Part 7.1. of Article 9.1. of the EEA, namely - no more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the performance of obligations by the counterparty.
- When concluding an agreement with a SME entity - in accordance with the procedure established by paragraph c) of part 7.1. of Article 9.1. of the EEA, namely - no more than 7 working days from the date of signing by the customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered. |
