| Payment terms: | Payment for the Contractor's services is made by the Customer in the following order:
An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the cost of services for a month is payable before the 28th day of the month preceding the month of rendering services, based on the invoice issued;
The final calculation in the amount of 70% of the cost of the services rendered is carried out no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days - for small and medium-sized businesses; for persons who are not small and medium-sized businesses - no earlier than 45 (forty-five) and no later than 90 (ninety) calendar days - from the date of signing by both The Parties to the Act on Services rendered for the relevant calendar month, based on the invoice. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
