| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon the fact of their provision on the basis of an act of delivery - acceptance of the services provided, signed by both parties (subject to compliance with the requirements for their design established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract) within 15 working days from the date of signing by both parties of the act of delivery - acceptance of services rendered. |
