| Payment terms: | The services are provided by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer on a monthly basis. Obligations to provide services for a month are considered fulfilled from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of delivery and acceptance of services rendered for a month. Services under the Contract are considered fulfilled (services rendered) from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of services rendered in the last month, subject to acceptance of services for previous periods. |
