| Payment terms: | Payment for the FREIGHT FORWARDER's services is carried out by the CLIENT on invoices issued by the FREIGHT FORWARDER within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of documents confirming the fact of fulfillment of obligations (subject to compliance with the requirements for their execution established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the CONTRACT), provided that the CLIENT signs the Act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered. |
