| Payment terms: | Payment is made in accordance with section 4 of the draft Contract, namely:
• the advance payment of 30% of the cost of the Freight Forwarder's services under the Contract is paid by the Client within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of signing by both Parties of the Contract, on the basis of documents, according to clause 4.2 of the draft Contract;
• Payment in the amount of 70% of the cost of services provided under a specific Order, the Client pays within 45 (forty-five) calendar days after the Parties sign the Act of Acceptance of the services provided, provided that the Forwarder provides the original documents, according to clause 4.3 of the draft Contract. |
