| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer by transferring funds in rubles of the Russian Federation to the Contractor's current account within 15 (Fifteen) business days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the originals of the following documents:
a) An Act on the provision of services or UPD signed by the parties;
b) Contractor's account;
c) the Contractor's invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of tax legislation. |
