Purchasing items:

Transportation of anchor baskets of wind turbines from China to the Russian Federation (1 t)
2.
Weighing at the request of customs authorities (1 t)
3.
Unloading and reloading into the vehicle at the request of customs authorities (1 t)
4.
Excess idle time of the vehicle at the place of shipment or customs warehouse of the country of departure or transit (1 pcs)
5.
Excess idle time of the vehicle in a customs warehouse on the territory of the Russian Federation or at the place of unloading. (1 pcs)
6.
Delay in delivery of cargo beyond the established deadline. (1 pcs)
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payments for the services rendered are made upon the provision of services within 7 working days from the date of presentation by the Freight Forwarder of accounting documents

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
