The calculation of the cost of services rendered per month is based on: fees for the opportunity to receive a service on the terms of subscription service based on the agreed cost specified in Appendix No. 2 to the contract, for the actual use of transport and special equipment, fuel, etc.
The final cost of road transport services is calculated including VAT.
Calculations for the provision of transport services are made by the Customer on a monthly basis at the end of the reporting calendar month on the invoice issued on the basis of the Act, invoice within 15 days (for SMEs - no more than 7 working days) in a non-cash manner. The invoice is issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. By the Customer at the end of the reporting calendar month for the services actually rendered on the basis of invoices and invoices of the Contractor.
Changes in the process of contract execution of the taxation parameters related to the payment and / or calculation of VAT in a big way (increase in rates, introduction of tax rates for certain groups of goods, the payer's transition to the regime associated with the payment of VAT, etc.) does not entail a revision of the Contract price. Changing the VAT parameters to a smaller side on any grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation entails automatic recalculation of the Contract price in proportion to the corresponding changes
3) Requirement to ensure the execution of the contract: it is required to ensure the execution of the contract by depositing funds or providing an independent guarantee in the amount of no more than 5% of the Initial Maximum Price (lot price); |
