| Payment terms: | advance payment in the amount of 50% of the contract price, by transferring funds to the contractor's current account within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing the contract;
payment for services rendered is made based on the contract price, minus the amount of the advance previously paid, within 10 (ten) business days (for small and medium–sized businesses (SMEs) - 7 (seven) business days) from the moment the parties sign the act of delivery and acceptance of services, by transferring funds to the contractor's current account. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
