Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the services rendered by the Contractor is made by the Customer upon their provision within 45 calendar days (if the contract amount exceeds 5 million rubles) / within 15 calendar days (if the contract amount is less than 5 million rubles) / 7 working days (in case of conclusion of an agreement with a SME entity) / 15 working days (under contracts, concluded with Energoatominvest LLC and organizations that are part of its management loop (in the case of Call for Bidding from a single supplier)) from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services) and the provision by the contractor of the documents provided for in the contract. The advance is not foreseen.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
