| Payment terms: | The rent is paid by the Tenant monthly within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the signing of the act on the provision of services, by transferring funds to the Lessor's settlement account, based on the invoice issued. If the lessor is a small and medium-sized business entity, the rent is paid by the Lessee monthly within 7 (seven) working days after signing the act on the provision of services, by transferring funds to the Lessor's settlement account, based on the invoice issued. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
