| Payment terms: | The rent is paid monthly no later than the 25th (Twenty-fifth) day of the month preceding the month for which the payment is made. Payment of rent for the first month of the lease is carried out within 5 (Five) banking days from the date of signing the Act of acceptance and transfer of the Rental Object. The guarantee (security) payment is paid within 5 (Five) banking days from the date of signing the Act of Acceptance and Transfer of the Rental Object, and it should not exceed the monthly amount of the rent. |
