The variable part of the rent is equivalent to the amount of payments for the use of utilities in the premises. The size of the variable part of the rent is determined based on the tariffs for utilities provided and the volume of utilities consumed. The volume of utilities rendered can be determined using metering devices or as part of the utilities consumed in the building, proportional to the area of the premises used by the tenant in the building. The variable part of the rent is paid by the tenant on a monthly basis until the 15th of each current month, but not earlier than 5 working days from the date the landlord submits the invoice for payment and primary documents.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
