| Payment terms: | The Customer will pay the Contractor an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the contract price, within 10 (ten) days from the date the Contractor provides the original invoice.
Payments for services rendered are made, minus the advance payment upon the provision of services, within 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of services rendered in the form of Appendix 4/ (universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as UPD)), subject to the provision by the Contractor of the originals of payment documents (invoices, invoices -invoices), as well as documents provided for in the Terms of Reference (Appendix 1). |
