| Payment terms: | The customer pays for services upon the provision of services within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered (in case the procurement participant belongs to SMEs, the payment period will be 7 (seven) working days in accordance with paragraph 14 (3) of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 11.12.2014 N 1352 (with ed. RF PP No. 417 of 03/21/2022). |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
