| Payment terms: | payment for the rental of Vehicles and additional equipment is made by the Lessee monthly within no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services rendered on the basis of a payment invoice, an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. The date of payment is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's account. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
