| Payment terms: | monthly upon the provision of services according to the draft contract.
The agreement is of a framework nature. The total cost of services under the contract should not exceed 1,272,609.60 rubles, including VAT of 20%..The Contract comes into force from 01.06.2022 and is valid until 01.04.2024 months, or until the maximum amount of the Contract is 1,272,609,60 rubles, including VAT 20%., depending on which event comes first.
Monitoring participants additionally need to fill out and upload a price offer table and, if possible, a table for calculating the price of services (the forms are available in the Monitoring Documentation).
Carrying out this information collection procedure is not an offer and does not entail any obligations for AAEM LLC.
