| Payment terms: | The Customer pays for services upon the provision of services within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered in the form in the Agreement (universal transfer document (hereinafter - UPD)), provided that the Contractor provides originals of payment documents (invoices, invoices), as well as documents provided for in the Terms of Reference.
In the case of an SME participant: the Customer pays for services upon the provision of services within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered in the form in the Agreement (universal transfer document (hereinafter - UPD)), subject to the provision of originals by the Contractor payment documents (invoices, invoices), as well as documents provided for in the Terms of Reference. |
