| Payment terms: | The rent is paid by the tenant monthly no later than the 10th day of the month following the paid one.
The lessor's expenses for utilities (heat supply, electricity supply, water supply, sanitation, including losses of heating networks, electricity supply and sanitation), maintenance and repair costs of technical means of the fire alarm system, fire alerts and evacuation management are not included in the rent, but are reimbursed by the tenant monthly until the 25th day of the month following for paid, according to the invoice issued by the Landlord |
