Payment under the Contract is made if the Contractor is a SME entity – no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days, if the Contractor is not a SME entity - no earlier than 45 (forty-five) and no later than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by both Parties, without comments, the Act of Acceptance and Transfer of the results of the work performed and the transfer to the Customer of the entire documentation regarding the entire scope of work
