| Payment terms: | Payment for the Services rendered is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract upon the provision of Services by the Contractor within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days (when concluding contracts with small and medium-sized businesses, the settlement period is determined in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation) after the Parties sign the Act of services rendered without comments, on the basis of an invoice issued, an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (not provided if the Contractor is not a VAT payer, or is exempt from performing the duties of a taxpayer). |
