| Payment terms: | The Customer pays the Contractor a commission fee for the services actually rendered by the Contractor by wire transfer monthly within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after signing the act on the provision of services, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account, based on the invoice. If the Contractor is a small and medium-sized business entity, the fee for the services rendered is paid by the Customer monthly within 7 (seven) business days after signing the act on the provision of services, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account, based on the invoice. |
