| Payment terms: | 2.4. Payment is made in the following order:
Payment for Services rendered by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer is made within _______ (_________) ____________ days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of services.
The following terms of final settlement are indicated (for any payment option):
1) not more than 7 (seven) working days from the date of acceptance of the services rendered, except for the cases specified in paragraph 2 of this footnote;
2) if the Contract provides for the Call for Bidding of services, the list of which is set out in Appendix No. 18 to the Unified Industry Standard of Call for Bidding (Call for Bidding regulations) The State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom (approved by the decision of the Rosatom State Corporation dated 07.02.2012 No. 37) (hereinafter referred to as the EEA), payment terms are established in accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 9.1. of the EEA. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
