| Payment terms: | Not more than 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the Contractor and which,
under the terms of the agreement, are the basis for making payment for obligations performed by the Contractor and accepted by the customer under the agreement.
If the contract price is up to 5 million rubles (inclusive), the term of payment for services will be no more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the Contractor;
- if the contract is concluded with a single supplier - an organization of the nuclear industry, the term of payment for services will be no more than 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the Contractor (subject to receipt of documents for payment executed in compliance with the established standards);
- if the contract is concluded with a small or medium-sized business entity (SME), the payment period will be no more than 7 working days from the date the Customer signs the document of acceptance of the service provided under the contract. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
