Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Advance payment is not provided.
if the Contractor is a federal state unitary enterprise in respect of which the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom (hereinafter referred to as the Corporation) exercises on behalf of the Russian Federation the powers of the owner of the property, an institution created by the Corporation, a joint-stock company whose shares belong to the Russian Federation and in respect of which the Corporation exercises the powers of a shareholder, their subsidiary, business entity, by the Company, the shares (stakes) of which are owned by the Corporation, a subsidiary of the Corporation, then:
within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the act of delivery and acceptance of the Services provided on the basis of the invoice for payment.
if the form of ownership of the Contractor is different from the form of ownership specified in section a) of clause 6.2, then: after 45 calendar days, but not later than 55 calendar days from the date of signing the act of delivery and acceptance of the Services provided on the basis of the invoice for payment.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
