| Payment terms: | Option 1: payment in the amount of 30% of the cost of work will be made after notifying the Customer of readiness for shipment,
- 70% – after the transfer of products to the Customer and the positive results of the input inspection of products in the Customer's warehouse, within 15 (fifteen) calendar days with the provision of the following documents: invoice, certificate of completed work, invoice-invoice, a set of permits, a properly issued passport and/or quality certificate for the result of the work, other documents listed in the Requirements Specification.
Option 2: - 100% – after the transfer of the products to the Customer and the positive results of the input inspection of the products in the Customer's warehouse, within 15 (fifteen) calendar days with the provision of the following documents: invoice, certificate of work performed, invoice, set of permits, duly issued passport and / or quality certificate for the result of the work, other documents listed in the Requirements Specification. |
