Payment terms:The Insurance premium under the Contract is paid at the expense of the Policyholder by transferring funds to the current account of the Insurer within 5 calendar days from the date of invoicing.
The date of payment of the insurance premium is the day when funds are debited from the Policyholder's account.
The Insurer shall issue an invoice for the payment of the insurance premium for the respective vehicles no later than 15 days before the beginning of the month in which the policy of all vehicles that are insured in the corresponding month begins. For vehicles for which the issuance of policies is required in the current month of signing the Contract, the insurer issues an invoice for payment of the insurance premium within 3 (three) working days after the conclusion of the Contract.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
