| Payment terms: | no more than 45 calendar days from the date of signing of documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty and which, under the terms of the contract, are the basis for making payment for obligations fulfilled by the counterparty and accepted by the customer under contracts for the supply of goods; payment of the contract price in the amount of up to 5 million rubles (inclusive)– no more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty; contracts with the SME entity – no more than 7 working days from the moment the Parties sign the act of delivery and acceptance of services rendered on the basis of the invoice submitted by the Contractor for payment |
