2.
Conducting an Object survey (1 USHT)
3.
Preparation of a technical report on the results of the survey of building structures of the building, including data on the technical condition of the structures, identified defects and a list of measures to eliminate them (1 USHT)
4.
Preparation of a conclusion on the possibility of additional load on the floors and structures, the possibility of superstructure of buildings to accommodate additional educational and administrative premises. Definition of the type of work: reconstruction, overhaul, redevelopment (1 USHT)

Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the Services rendered is made in Russian rubles by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract upon the fact that the Contractor provides the Services within 15 (Fifteen) calendar days/ 7 (Seven) business days (for SMEs) after the Parties sign the Act of Acceptance and Transfer of the services rendered (in the form of Appendix No. 3 to the Contract) without comments, on the basis of the invoice, invoice (not provided if the Contractor is not a VAT payer or is exempt from fulfilling the obligations of the taxpayer).

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
