| Payment terms: | The Customer makes payment within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the Certificate of Delivery and Acceptance of Services by both parties, subject to the timely provision by the Contractor of duly executed documents in accordance with clause 5.2 of the Agreement.
