Purchasing items:
1.
Repair of malfunctions. Prevention (cleaning, lubrication) of the device. Repair work related to jamming and paper jamming at the entrance or exit of the device, caused by the use of poor-quality paper, humidity in the room, as well as the presence of dirt in the device due to the lack of preventive maintenance. (5 pcs)
2.
Replacement of fence rollers, paper feed. Shaft replacement (rubber, Teflon, felt), thermal film replacement, gear replacement, chip firmware. Repair work related to replacement of resource parts due to wear or mechanical damage caused by incorrect removal of paper or incorrect replacement of consumables, including fault diagnosis and prevention (cleaning, lubrication) of the device. (5 pcs)
3.
Repair of the development unit, stove. Replacement of boards (laser, formatter, scan, main board). Repair of a duplex, automatic feeder. Repair work related to the replacement of internal components and optional devices, local and network interface boards, power supplies and electronic components, including fault diagnosis and prevention (cleaning, lubrication) of the device. (5 pcs)

Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fulfillment by the counterparty of obligations under the agreement, subject to receipt of payment documents issued in compliance with the established standards (not SME).
For 7 (seven) slaves. days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment by the counterparty of obligations under the agreement, subject to receipt of payment documents issued in compliance with the established standards (for SMEs). Acceptance according to clause 4.2. of the Requirements Specification.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
