| Payment terms: | The offer must be registered in accordance with the established procedure (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed, presented on the letterhead of the organization indicating:
- the full name of the organization;
- details and contact details: TIN, OGRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, e-mail;
- the validity period of the offered price;
- the main conditions for the performance of the contract (the term of the provision of services, the payment procedure, etc.).
The technical and commercial proposal must contain a calculation of the cost of the provision of services in accordance with the form of Appendix 2.
Terms of payment for completed works:
- a service agreement providing for payment in the amount of up to 5 million rubles (inclusive) - no more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing the documents;
- a service agreement providing for payment in the amount of more than 5 million rubles - no more than 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents.
The provision of works and services is required for the Bilibino NPP from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.
Carrying out this information collection procedure does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
