| Payment terms: | payment of Remuneration and Expenses related to the provision of services for properly rendered Services specified in the Application signed by the Parties for the provision of Services is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on the basis of the invoice received by the Customer for payment of Services according to the details specified in it and after approval by the Customer of Accounting documents/payment of reimbursement and expenses associated with the provision of Services for properly rendered Services specified in the Order for Services signed by the Parties, should be made within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the Certificates signed by the Parties based on the Invoice for Service payment received by the Customer and according to details specified in it after the Customer gets the approval of the reporting documents |
