1. Адаптация фирменного стиля конкурса и разработка включает не менее 4 (четырех), но не более 8 (восьми) макетов вариантов нанесения фирменного стиля на задействованные при оформлении конкурса визуальные носители (баннеры для соц.сетей, сайта и пр.) (1 )
2. Составление списков учебных заведений в соответствии с указанными регионами (1 )
3. Составление и рассылка писем в администрации всех учебных заведений согласно составленным спискам по регионам с предложением принять участие в конкурсе (1 )
4. Формирование и согласование списка жюри из числа представителей учебных заведений, Заказчика, экспертного сообщества, СМИ (1 )
5. Подготовка и рассылка пригласительных писем потенциальным членам жюри (1 )
6. Рассылка бланков для определения победителей в конкурсе членам жюри (1 )
7. Взаимодействие с членами жюри по вопросам оценки работ участников конкурса (1 )
8. Приглашение членов жюри на награждение участников конкурса (1 )
9. Приобретение 68 (шестидесяти восьми) наград для призовых мест в соответствии с согласованными вариантами (68 )

Payment terms:The Customer pays for the services upon the provision of the services specified in the Customer's application, within 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of the services rendered, provided that the Contractor provides the originals of payment documents (invoices,
invoices), as well as documents provided for in the Terms of Reference.
In case of non-fulfillment and/or violation of obligations under the contract by the Contractor, the Customer has the right to suspend the payment for the period of delay
in fulfilling obligations by the Contractor or until the violations identified by the Customer are eliminated. In case of delay in the issuance by the Contractor of the documents required for payment in accordance with this section, the payment period is increased by the corresponding number of days of delay plus
5 (five) days. At the same time, the Customer's payment obligations specified in this section will not be considered unfulfilled. Settlements under the contract are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account. The Customer's obligation to pay for the services rendered is considered fulfilled from the moment (date) debiting funds from the correspondent account of the Customer's bank. There are no advance payments under the contract.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
