a) 15 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services), for contracts:
- with the contract price up to 5 million rubles including VAT (inclusive);
b) 7 working days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services), for contracts:
- with SME entities (without price limitation).
c) 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services), for contracts:
- with a single supplier - an organization of the nuclear industry (without price limitation) (according to the decision of 24.01.2022 No. 9/0302/79-resh).
d) 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services) by the contractor, and the provision by the contractor of the documents provided for in the contract for contracts for the provision of services with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles with VAT. |
