| Payment terms: | 3.5. Payment under the Agreement is made on the basis of the Contractor's invoice within 95 (ninety five) calendar days from the date of receipt by the Customer from the Contractor of payment documents and the Universal Transfer Document signed by both parties by the Parties under the relevant Application. At the same time, the total debt of the Customer to the Contractor for the amount of all Acts during the period of the contract must not exceed 10,000,000 (ten million) rubles 00 kopecks with VAT. |
