Purchasing items:
1.
Services for the organization of air transportation of Customer representatives. Booking, registration, purchase, refund and exchange of air tickets for domestic and international destinations, on airline letterheads, in accordance with the established rules and requirements of airlines, registration of additional and oversized baggage (1 usl. ed)
2.
Services for the organization of railway transportation of the Customer's representatives. Booking, registration, purchase, exchange and return of railway tickets for domestic and international destinations of Russian and foreign carriers in accordance with the established rules and requirements of railway carriers, including transportation by Aeroexpress (1 usl. ed)
3.
Services for arranging accommodation for Customer representatives and booking places in their temporary accommodation facilities. Booking and payment of rooms on the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad, in accordance with the established rules and requirements of accommodation service Providers in temporary accommodation facilities. Prepayment of the deposit, if required upon check-in at the temporary accommodation facility (1 usl. ed)
4.
Services for arranging accommodation of Customer representatives and booking places in their temporary accommodation facilities at special rates (conditions) provided by temporary accommodation facilities to Rosatom State Corporation organizations, including within the framework of Events, the operator for the organization and holding of which is a third party. Booking and payment of rooms at special rates on the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad, in accordance with the established rules and requirements of accommodation service Providers in temporary accommodation facilities (1 usl. ed)

Transportation services (including transfers) within the framework of Events on the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad, in accordance with the rules and requirements of transport companies (1 usl. ed)
6.
VIP-service booking and expedited passage of customs control, flight check-in, passport control (ZOLD, FAST TRACK) at airports upon arrival/departure of the flight in accordance with the established rules and requirements of airports (1 usl. ed)
7.
Assistance in processing and obtaining exit visas for representatives of the customer (citizens of the Russian Federation) (1 usl. ed)
8.
Assistance in registration of medical insurance policies of the Customer's seconded employees traveling abroad (1 usl. ed)
9.
Organization of VIP-service (for senior managers – General Director, deputy General Directors in areas of activity) (1 usl. ed)
10.
Services for the organization and maintenance of individual railway transportation in high-comfort trailer cars (Luxury class car, lounge car) (1 usl. ed)
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
