| Payment terms: | The Customer pays the Contractor an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the amount specified in clause 2.1. of the draft agreement by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account within 14 (Fourteen) calendar days from the date of invoicing for the advance payment.
Payment under this Agreement is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the personal account of a non-participant in the budget process opened by the Contractor in the territorial administration of the Federal Treasury, within 30 working days after delivery of the cargo to the destination, submission by the Contractor of the Contractor's report and the cargo transportation report, as well as signing by the Customer of the acceptance certificate of completed works, minus the amount previously the paid advance. |
