| Payment terms: | Payment for services is made by the Customer on a monthly basis, upon their provision, within 10 (Ten) business days from the date of signing the Act on the provision of Services for the reporting period, including a Report on the Services provided by the Contractor, which indicates the list of services provided by the Contractor. Documents are provided within 3 working days of the month following the reporting period, indicating the total amount of payment, including VAT.
The reporting period is a calendar month.
Payment for an incomplete month of rendering services is made in proportion to the number of working days of rendering services in that month. |
