of the 3 stages of rendering services upon delivery-acceptance of services rendered
by the Contractor at a specific stage, based
on the invoice issued by the Contractor for payment by transferring funds to the settlement account

(twenty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance
of the rendered services at the appropriate stage; the date of payment is the date
