| Payment terms: | Payment is made for the Services actually rendered, based on the cost determined in accordance with the submitted Application, monthly within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the relevant act on the provision of Services, receipt by the Customer of the original invoice, invoice.
If the contractor belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, the payment period should be 15 (fifteen) working days

| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
