| Payment terms: | Settlements under the Contract are carried out by transferring funds from the Customer's settlement account to the Contractor's settlement account within 7 working days from the date of submission to the Customer of the act of acceptance of the services rendered with an invoice attached to it. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
