Rendering of services on transportation by sea of special cargo of the State Corporation "Rosatom"
Purchasing items:
1.
Transportation of cargo by sea along the route from the port of loading (Murmansk) to the port of unloading (Pevek) PEB "Academician Lomonosov" (1 EP)
2.
Transportation of cargo by sea along the route from the port of loading (Pevek) PEB "Akademik Lomonosov" to the port of discharge (Murmansk) (1 EP)
3.
The marginal cost of icebreaking a sea vessel with cargo during ice formation in the waters of the Northern Sea Route (if necessary) (1 EP)
4.
Information and navigation support of a sea vessel along the route in the waters of the Northern Sea Route (if necessary) from the start of the provision of Services on the 5th day inclusive, regardless of the actual time of the provision of Services. (1 EP)
5.
Information and navigation support of a sea vessel along the route in the waters of the Northern Sea Route (if necessary) starting from the 6th day of rendering Services. (1 day; day)
6.
The berthing time of the vessel under cargo operations after the expiration of the standstill time and waiting for icebreaker wiring (1 day; day)
7.
Towing support for mooring/unmooring, including pilot delivery (1 EP)
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
4.5.1. The Customer pays the cost of sea cargo transportation (freight) in two installments on the basis of the invoice issued by the Carrier prior to the start of loading the vessel in Murmansk and sent to the Customer by e-mail for payment in the following order:
100% (one hundred percent) of the cost (freight) specified in clause 1 of Appendix No. 1 to the Contract within 30 (Thirty) working days (7 (seven) working days, upon conclusion of an agreement with a SME entity) from the end date of unloading to Pevek of cargo delivered from Murmansk.
100% (one hundred percent) of the cost (freight) specified in clause 2 of Appendix No. 1 to the Contract within 30 (Thirty) business days (7 (seven) business days, when concluding an agreement with a SME entity) from the end date of unloading to Murmansk delivered from Pevek cargo.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
