− payment procedure – payment to the Contractor is made quarterly, upon the fact of the delivered publications, within 7 (seven) working days after the signing by the Contractor and the Customer of the shipping documents submitted by the Contractor (act of acceptance of the services rendered, invoice), for the reporting quarter on the basis of invoices issued by the Contractor;
− the basis for making calculations – the certificate of acceptance of services rendered signed by the parties for the reporting period; |
