| Payment terms: | When the offer price is up to 100 thousand rubles with VAT: 100% advance payment.
If the offer price exceeds 100 thousand rubles with VAT:
1)an advance payment of 30% of the contract value, 70% - after the fulfillment of obligations under the contract no earlier than 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty;
2) for SMEs, an advance of 40%, 60% - after the fulfillment of obligations under the contract within 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty;
3) 100% after the fulfillment of obligations under the contract within 15 working days (for SMEs) from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty, in other cases – no earlier than 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty. |
