| Payment terms: | Within 5 (five) business days after receiving the signed UPD from the Customer, the Contractor shall send to the Customer the original invoice for payment for Services rendered, signed by the Contractor (a copy of the invoice for payment - to the email address specified in Section 12 of this Agreement). Payment for the Services rendered shall be made by the Customer within ten working days after the date of signing by both Parties of the UPD, in the case provided for in clause 3.7.1 of this Agreement, payment for the Services rendered shall be made by the Customer within ten working days after the date of drawing up the UPD |
